Just had a call confirming I’ve been accepted for a grant for loft insulation. Great, but I live in a 4th floor flat of a 5 storey building
Turned out the were calling for ‘Ian Drury’ anyway. And I dont think he needs loft insulation where he is either.
I don’t think the neighbours upstairs want their living room filled with foam.
